Neil founded Key Capital in 2005 and has deep technical knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, financial services business models, and software development.

​

Transaction experience includes banks, credit unions, lenders, payment service providers, foreign exchange, private equity and banking-as-a-service.

​

Systems experience includes treasury, risk, core banking, credit scoring, client engagement, payment gateways, trading, blockchain, ERP and CRM.

​

Prior to Key Capital, Neil served 10yrs with RBS and ABN AMRO Bank in London, advising SMEs and multinationals on capital markets, financial risk and liquidity management.

In his spare time Neil enjoys sport, travel and technology.
