Key Capital collects Personal Information to undertake recruitment and human resources processes. Personal Information may include your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, information on your CV, job preferences, referee and salary details. All Information collected will be treated in accordance with this Policy.

Data Retention

Key Capital may retain Information until you withdraw your consent. Key Capital will then delete and purge Personal Information from its information technology systems within 30 days.

The collection, retention, and use of your Information shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

This Policy describes our current practices however Key Capital reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
